Welcome to this week’s episode of “Just Because” on the heels of Valentine’s Day. We are talking about the topic of dating and divorce. It can be difficult to balance the excitement of a brand-new relationship with the frustrations of going through the divorce process, but if you follow a few simple rules it all help make things easier for everybody. Do make sure that the person that you are in a relationship with is one that you think is going to last for a long time. Don´t make the mistake of introducing that person to your children too soon, there’s no need to rush. Do take the opportunity and time to speak to your co-parent so when the introduction happens everybody is on the same page. Don´t make the opportunity when the introduction happens to be too complicated make it a simple fun activity so that everybody can be involved.
